i think i screw up

Essay then interview. I was half expecting it but I didn't expect that the question posted in the essay will be, 'What is your stand with regards to the Reproductive Health bill? And what is its relevance with regards to national development.' Hot topic! I am a pro-RH bill and I stand by it! Well, I hope they understand my essay and point of view.. not a good writer and I think my essay was quite messy. haha.. what??? It must be done in 30 minutes! with such an ambiguous issue, 30 minutes to relay what you want to say and express is not enough and I don't even know how to explain my thoughts about it. Plus, I lack sleep.. lol. *defensive side of me* ^_^

I think I ruin my shot with NEDA.. my interview may not be that much of a disaster, but it was not good either. They were about 9 people in the room, people who will interview me!! Quite intimidating, I may say. The question that bothers me most was 'What do you know about what NEDA does?'.. er... I know I knew the answer but I can't think about it at that particular moment!!! kill me!!! I answered, 'research??' c'mon! I know it was all about planning and stuff to promote national development.. and so I checked it was!

The funniest question I think they asked was 'Why didn't you applied in NEDA right after your graduation?'
Well, as they know, one, one should be a CS2 passer, and so I need to get my certification (I need not to do the exam thing because of PD 907 that exempted me from it); two, one should also pass NEDA's technical exam, and that year I was scheduled on November (and I was already working that time in a night shift... went there straight from work, sleepless and tired! thank God I passed! =P); and three, there needs to be a vacancy at their office! Only posted around January, year after, thus, I was informed if interested. I wish i did better.

I feel bad about it but I'm still hoping for some news.. make it a good one please...!!!!

Lunar Eclipse (June '11)

Things to be grateful for..

1) hearty breakfast with Lolo
2) sms from NEDA, asking if I'm interested for an interview for an EDS 2 position
3) great Wednesday
4) lovely moon
5) Lunar Eclipse!♥

I started my day, or perhaps, I ended my Tuesday with a nice breakfast with Lolo before I went to sleep. I don't want to be all emotional and melodramatic so let's leave it there. I brought home pancakes, ate it with Lolo and had a good morning/night. Period! Lol.

And so I sleep... zzzzzz.. and woke up to check the time on my mobile, only to see that I have a text message. If only a name registered in it, I would've just brush it off and go back to sleep, but my phone didn't register any name, only a mobile number and so I opened the message.. And there it goes, my second shot at NEDA. =D I felt too giddy to sleep.. I was sleep deprived and ecstatic about it, I can't wait for tomorrow's interview. I'm half nervous and half excited that I can't get myself to sleep some more. Time is the essence. ^_^

On my way to work, I can't help but notice how pretty the moon was. It was huge and round and so bright that night. How lovely! I can't help staring at it while walking.. lol. can't imagine how I look like! Walking with my head held tooooo high! =D nothing seems to be different that night but the moon. Same goes. Traffic and all. Only when I get to chat with Laurie that I knew about the lunar eclipse that would occur at 1am that night.. haha.. It was fun chasing the moon! I was excited and curious! wish I have an awesome camera to capture it all.. very much enchanting!?! Yet, what's so amazing is Google! haha.. how lame, I keep on refreshing google's website from 5am til 6am to see how the lunar eclipse will end. haha.. wish it wasn't so cloudy that night, so I can see it better..

Spring Flower Festival (Yeouido, Seoul) '11

I did bon jour, now it's an-nyeong! I haven't finish my french class, it's pending until now. I want it so badly but my 'so badly' isn't enough to continue as of the moment, and so I have a new langauage to learn. I still remember the basics of français, and I'll try not to forget it while studying Korean. =) Yay! something new makes me excited.. And soon, I'll be doing boxing too! Finally! After a year of thinking where and how, i found a gym with a friendly rates but I think there's too many testosterone! I need an estrogen partner! lol. Too thrilled about it! It'll surely kill some of my free time so I won't have to think about planning out-of-town trips in the near future! I wish I can save too.. hmmm.. I wish.. I wish.. hahaha.. I wish a lot of things to happen. =P

I basically want everything! Define greedy?? lol. But really I don't want everything.. I just want few things for myself, few things to pursue for myself, and few things I want to do for myself. Travel a lot, learn a lot, know a lot, see a lot, do a lot.. I know it would take so much time for me to do everything like that, but still I want what I want.. I'll do it each at a time, or two at a time, could be three if time and my pocket permits. lol. I want to be busy with my life! woot! *sounds selfish*  hahaha..=D Yet I can't because life is pretty much complicated and people should THINK a lot; consider much of the what could and what might be; see the options, which is better and what could be worst. You have the 'family' stuff, the 'friends' stuff, the 'love' stuff, the 'money' stuff, the 'work' stuff, and the list goes on.. Life is a handful and it's either you love it or you hate it! (Life is also expensive by the way.. ^.^)

I can be careless and carefree, clumsy as hell, unimaginably crazy and impulsive but at the end of the day, what fulfills everything else is what I have become after everything I've done with or without thinking. SEIZE THE MOMENT! Be it in hell of a bad day or the most embarrassing one or the shittiest or the loveliest day one can be.. after all, today will be always tomorrow's yesterday.. And yesterday's could have been will never be today's would be. Dang! just laugh it off and feel grateful to have at least one thing to be thankful for..

Today's not my best day, not even half of a good day.. however, it's still a DAY. n_n

2011, June 3rd.. Kurt's scheduled flight to the US of A.

I know people come and go.. However, goodbyes are really sad, it leaves me speechless. er..
As we bid our farewells the last time in the airport, everybody knows everything won't be the same again. Some things were left undone, some things were left for new beginnings, and everything else were altered for what may have become. Even so, everybody is hopeful for the next time we'll see each other again!
