One of the two things I'm vain about myself is my nails.. I want it either cleanly trimmed, trimmed as in short short, or perfect with polish! And today, I chipped my nail polish! err.. not a great start for work. (I feel like screaming: 'polish remover pleassseee..?!!!') tsk! I'm saving it til Saturday, and now it's ruined.. =( I can't even upload photos of my nails since my pc at home got busted! really now.. How unlucky of me..
Talking about nails and polish.. I remember when Aira and I were kids and my older sister was on her teens, she at times do our nails. Among the three of us, I am the most.... most picky, most maarte some says.. lol. And this is what happened. My Ate was done doing Aira's nails and some of my other female cousins and now it's my turn. She did mine with polka dots design. If I remember it correctly it's a combination of blue and white, white being the dots in my blue painted nails. It took a while doing my nails as she well know how perfectionist I can be. I want things in particular. I want it almost parfait, atleast in my eyes! haha.. Oh well.. Bottomline, just a few minutes after finishing my nails, I removed it! And swear, I think that time Ate would've wanted to kill me.. lol. It's not that I don't like it or I don't appreciate the effort, it just so happened that I accidentally ruined it. My bad, I know. But I can't help feeling annoyed when I look at it. It bothers me a lot knowing there's something wrong with it. XP Guess, I'm such a person from before and til now. And even now I remember asking Aira to do my nails sometimes and while doing my nails she'll say, 'kinakabahan talaga akong lagyan ka ng nail polish. pano pag di mo gusto? ay naku. pinagpapawisan ako sayo!' .. haha.. and my reply is always, 'ok lang yan.. madali naman burahin!'.. lol. Recalling those times, I feel mean and ruthless. Now that I do my nails, it annoys me more if it's ruined!
